This multi-functional call center allows consumers of District Heating System, as well as other interested parties, to call the single phone number +381 11 2093 000 and obtain the required information concerning the operation of "Beogradske elektrane". They can be informed where the information may be obtained or claims can be made relating to the quality of heating and water leaks in installation.
On the menu of “Integrated call center” the caller may select the reporting of complaints option or provision of the information that they need.
Due to Integrated call center costumers will be able to listen to voice messages on the current, large disturbances in the District Heating System, then, to get precise instructions for reporting complaints, information on the competences, procedures, and other general information. In addition, interested parties may quickly and easily obtain information about their specific cases concerning the connection, disconnection, review projects, invoices and other information.

key 1 – Service for admission of complaints regarding the quality of heating, water leaks in installation and other disturbances in the district heating system
key 2 – Provision of general information about the competences and procedures, price lists.
